We are TTC again...
We tried 3 months of a Fertility Drug called Clomid that was prescribed by my OB/GYN in 2004. It didn't work. We were told then that we would have to see a Fertility Specialist if we wanted to get pregnant.
I have several friends on a discussion board I go to that couldn't get pregnant on their own due to pcos too and they got pregnant on Fertilaid.
I ordered both Bill & I fertility supplements called Fertilaid. You can order it at www.fertilaid.com I also ordered Fertility Tea. I posted information about the Fertilaid and the FertiliTea below.
The Fertilaid & tea arrived today. We started taking it. You take 3 pills a day. We take one pill 3 times a day. The tea says for me to drink 2-3 cups a day.
Anyways we took 1 month of Fertilaid back in October before we were hit by that Semi-truck.
For that month I actually had a period on my own and ovulated for the first time!! After the wreck we put TTC on hold for awhile. Now we are both feeling a lot better and ready to TTC again.
There are a lot of success stories on the Fertilaid website and it gives us hope that we will get pregnant from it.
Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. We hope and pray that God will bless us with a baby very soon. We want to be parents more than anything!
Here is the info. from their web site:

Update on us...
Bill's transfer finally went through. His first day at his new job is July 6th. Then he will be a Probation & Parole Assistant at a Work Release Center in KC. It will be an easier job for him.
We are so glad that his new job will be evenings and he will have Friday & Saturdays off! He has worked overnights for over a year now and hasn't had a weekend off since he started in Feb. 2008!
Bill is having surgery on his shoulder on June 19th. He is taking a week of vacation during that time.

Changes ahead....
We aren't sure when Bill will start his new job. His current job is lolly gagging and haven't faxed Bill's transfer papers that he filled out on Monday night to the Chief of Custody at the Work Release Center he will work at.
Once they get it faxed to him then they should give Bill a start date.
We are moving out of this apartment on Tuesday! We are so glad and cannot wait to leave here. We hate the neighbors, the noise they do all the time and we hate this small town!!
We are going to put our stuff in storage in the City we are going to be moving too.
Until Bill gets transferred we are going to stay at my parents house. It won't be bad because Bill will only have to drive 30 mins each way.
The only bad thing about staying there is they only have Dial-up internet. It takes FOREVER to pull anything up!! So I won't be online as much the next couple of weeks.
I'll reply back to all messages within a couple of days.
Bill should be transferred to his new job and we should have an apartment in the City by April 15th.
I'll update you all when we know for sure when he will start the new job.
Love you all!!

Update...
the worst but it feels good after it's done but the sound gets me every time. LOL
I haven't seen the Chiropractor since the first of January. He said I was doing pretty good for going that long without seeing him. He said he wants to start seeing me seasonally. My next appt is in June.
So I called our Paralegal and she was going to send for my file and bill with the Chiro. Now we are just waiting for my Neurologist appt in May. Hopefully he'll release me because once he does then we can settle on my lawsuit.
It will be awhile before Bill can settle on his because he has to put his surgery off for 2 months. He cannot take off so soon once he changes jobs. It's still for the same department just different job title and different facility. But it will look bad if he takes off 2 weeks shortly after he starts there. He wants to wait at least 2
months before he takes his 2 weeks vacation to do the surgery.
Once I was done at the Chiropractor we drove to Sedalia and visited with Bill's Grandparents. They are doing good. His grandma keeps getting better and now she doesn't even need her cane to walk. She is back to cleaning, cooking, etc.
Then we went to my parents house for dinner and then we had a Wii bowling tournament with my parents. They bought a Wii last weekend and they are hooked on it. They play every night. lol
Well on our way home we had a run in with a HUGE deer. It was dark and we didn't see it until we hit it. We hit it's head and it's body wrapped around and hit the drivers side door. It knocked out the driver side whole light kit, tore up the finder on that side and buckled the door where it wouldn't open.
Well the deer ran back the same way it came and then we couldn't find it.
We pulled over and the deer had knocked part of the finder or something down and it was rubbing on the front tire.
I called my parents and then Bill called the Police. My parents came and I rode home with them. Bill drove the van to my parents house and then him and my dad cut the piece that was rubbing on the tire. My dad also used a screw driver and got the drivers side door where it will open and shut normal.
We only had liability on the Van because it was paid for. We don't have money to fix the damage because all of the money we have saved is to help us move to the city for his new job.
So we are going on Monday to trade the van in for a car. The Van has had major problems since we got it, this was just icing on the cake. Lol I never feel safe in it and haven't since we got it because it runs badly. It sputters and feels like it's gonna die and makes noise and hesitates when you turn the wheel to turn. So it is time to trade it in!

Update...

My headaches are not getting any better and the naproxen doesn't help anymore. So Bill and I talked about it and we decided that I'd try the muscle relaxer and seizure med to see if they will help with the headaches and if they don't then i'd stop taking them.
Well I picked the prescriptions up at Walmart on Friday and it turns out my Neurologist didn't prescribe me a seizure medicine. It is a Anti-depressant and a muscle relaxer.
The anti-depressant is "Amitriptylin" 25 mg. I take 1 tablet at bedtime for 7 days then take 2 tablets at bedtime.
Amitriptyline is used to treat symptoms of depression. Amitriptyline is in a class of medications called tricyclic antidepressants. It works by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances in the brain. Amitriptyline is also sometimes used to treat chronic pain, eating disorders, and certain skin problems.
The muscle relaxer is "Tizanidine" 2mg. I take one tablet by mouth 3 times daily.
So hopefully they will help. It makes me feel better to know it's an anti-depressant instead of a seizure medicine.
I started them yesterday morning when I went to bed and it knocked me out in 30 minutes. I slept for 9 1/2 hours and could have slept longer but got up. I am still feeling loopy and relaxed from them. lol
But the good news is I woke up and didn't have a migraine. I do have one now but it's almost my bedtime so i'll take more muscle relaxer and anti-depressant.
I hope they do help with the headaches. It's only the second day now so it's too early to tell.

Who are you, really???
Does your life reflect what Christ would expect His followers to show the world???
How do you dress?
How do you talk to others (Christian and Non-Christian)?
What about your MySpace..............Does it reflect Christ's likeness????
Think about this...........
Revelation 3:15-22
15
I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were
either one or the other! 16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot
nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. 17 You say, 'I am
rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.' But you do not
realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. 18 I
counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become
rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful
nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.
19 Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest, and repent. 20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me. 21 To him who overcomes, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne. 22 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."
See Christ don't want followers that are warm! He wants you to be hot or cold, NOT somewhere in the middle.
1 John 2:4 says....
The man who says, "I know him," but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
Show your love and faith in Him in all that you are and all that you do.
Matthew7:13 says....
"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.
Choose to be different! Because if you choose to be like everyone else....well....you just read what will happen above.
I suggest you repost this to ALL your friends, not just the ones that
believe, right after you check yourself and ask........is Christ proud
of how I display myself?
God Bless!
A LETTER TO YOU FROM SATAN
A LETTER TO YOU FROM SATAN
I saw you yesterday as you began your daily chores.
You awoke without kneeling to pray. As a matter of fact, you didn't even bless your meals, or pray before going to bed last night. You are so unthankful, I like that about you.
I cannot tell you how glad I am that you have not changed your way of living, Fool, you are mine.
Remember, you and I have been going steady for years, and I still don't love you yet.
As a matter of fact, I hate you, because I hate God.
He kicked me out of heaven, and I'm going to use you as long as possible to pay him back.
You see, Fool, GOD LOVES YOU and HE has great plans in store for you.
But you have yielded your life to me, and I'm going to make your life a living hell. That way, we'll be together twice. This will really hurt God.
Thanks to you, I'm really showing Him who's boss in your life with all of the good times we've had.
We have been...
watching dirty movies, cursing people out, stealing, lying, being hypocritical, fornicating, overeating, telling dirty jokes, gossiping, being judgmental, back stabbing people, disrespecting adults, and those in leadership positions, no respect for the Church, bad attitudes.
SURELY you don't want to give all this up.
Come on, Fool, let's burn together forever. I've got some hot plans for us. This is just a letter of appreciation from me to you.
I'd like to say 'THANKS' for letting me use you for most of your foolish life.
You are so gullible, I laugh at you. When you are tempted to sin, you give in.
HA HA HA, you make me sick.
Sin is beginning to take its toll on your life. You look 20 years older, and now, I need new blood. So go ahead and teach some children how to sin.
All you have to do is smoke, get drunk or drink while under-aged,cheat, gamble, gossip, fornicate, and live being as selfish as possible.
Do all of this in the presence of children and they will do it too. Kids are like that. Well, Fool, I have to let you go for now. I'll be back in a couple of seconds to tempt you again. If you were smart, you would run somewhere, confess your sins, and live for God with what little bit of life that you have left.
It's not my nature to warn anyone, but to be your age and still sinning, it's becoming a bit ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, I still hate you.
IT'S JUST THAT YOU'D MAKE A BETTER FOOL FOR CHRIST.
P.S. If you love me, you won't share this

Maveric's snow day. lol
We were supposed to get a big snow this morning. My parents live 30 mins away and my brother lives 45 mins away from me. They all got 6 inches of snow and we got NONE!! We had some flurries this morning but that was all we got.
We are glad it passed us by though. There will be a ton of call ins at the prison tonight and tomorrow so Bill may have to work over in the morning.
I was talking to my mom this morning on the phone. She said Maveric loves the snow. They haven't had this much snow since he was born.
He will be 2 on March 15th. Mom said he would go out and put his nose way down in the snow and then take off running. She said he looked like a little snow plow!! LOL and he had paths all over their big yard. lol
Abby and Zoie hate snow and hate cold so they had to make them go outside but they stayed on the porch shivering until they were let back in.
My mom had to make Maveric go in to warm up and she said 5 mins later he was at the door barking because he wanted back out to play more. LOL

Feb. Update on us..
cannot believe it will be March already on Sunday!!! Where has the time gone?? lol
Update on my Grandpa Jack- The body scan showed the cancer hadn't spread in his body. So they started radiation. He has gone for 2 weeks now. They are doing 35 days and it's 45 mins each time. He is very weak and nauseated a lot but that is normal with radiation. He felt the same way a few years ago when he had lung cancer on the other lung and he went through radiation for it then too.
I hope and pray it will shrink and go away like the other cancer did. I also hope he gets his strength back after he is done with Radiation so he can do the stuff he enjoys again. He loves to watch Cooking Shows on tv and try different recipes. Right now he is too weak to cook and I know that bothers him.
As for us. I seen a Neurologist on Feb.3rd. He said I have Post Traumatic Migraines. He said i'll probably have them the rest of my life.
He said I could take seizure medicine, muscle relaxers and naproxen.
I go back in May for a follow up. I haven't been getting migraines as bad this week. I was having them everyday since the wreck but this past week I have only had a few and they haven't been nearly as BAD as they used to be. So maybe things are getting better.
I went to the Ob/Gyn on Feb. 4th for a Cervical biopsy to see if I still had Hyperplasia. I was diagnosed with Severe Hyperplasia last May.
This time the results came back that I only have Simple Hyperplasia. I had my choice of taking Megace- 1 pill a day for 3 months or take Depo-Provera shot once a month for 3 months.
I chose the Depo-Provera shot because I took the Megace last year and it made me VERY sick and I was in a LOT of pain while on it!!
I had my first shot 2 weeks ago. The nurse said do you want it in the butt or arm. I said, " Arm Please!" lol
It didn't hurt and I haven't had any side effects from it. I had a few people tell me NOT to take the shot because they had it once and they gained a lot of weight and they had bad side effects from it. Some even said they got PCOS from it. Well I'm already overweight but I watch what I eat and I exercise and I also already have PCOS. PCOS isn't caused by a shot though!
I'm very glad that I decided on the shot. It was a good decision for me.
My Ob/GYN told me that the Simple Hyperplasia should be cleared up in 3 months and then she will help us conceive. She knows we want a baby badly!
I hope to be a Mother before I'm 30 and I'll be 29 in April!!!
Bill had an appointment with the Orthopedic Surgeon on Feb. 18th. to go over the results of the MRI with dye he had on Feb. 3rd. It turns out he has a Large tear in his Labrum. The type of tear is called a SLAP Lesion. It's a Large SLAP Lesion. He has to have surgey because the Orthopedic Surgeon said it would not get better without it and it would actually get worse. It will be outpatient surgery. The surgery is scheduled for April 9th. He will be home by afternoon. They said they would give him pain medicine for that night, the day after and then after that he probably won't need anything other than Tylenol or Ibuprofen.
He has two weeks of time built up at work so he is going to use it after he has surgery.
Bill had Core Training at work this week. Core Training is training they get once a year. Policy and procedures, First aid/CPR, Defense Tactics, Firearms, etc. He had the training Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The hours were 8am until 4pm. Then he got off at 4pm yesterday (Thursday) and had to be back at work for his normal shift @ 11:30pm that night.
He was not happy about it! They should have gave him the night off since he was there all day for training.
I also wanted to tell you I read a GREAT book this past week. It's called, "Everyone is Beautiful" by Katherine Center. I highly recommend it!! I got it and read it in one day, it was that good!!
Well that is the latest that is going on with us. I'll update again soon.

Please pray for my Grandpa Jack...
Well he had been very sick for the last several weeks and wasn't getting any better. He stayed in bed most of the time. So my uncle made him a dr. appt and took him to it on Friday. Well they admitted him to the hospital because they didn't know if it was pneumonia or if his cancer was back. They ran tests and drs. talked to my parents, uncles and to my grandpa today.
It turns out he has lung cancer again but on the other lung this time. It's really big and is pushing on his esophagus, so that is why he has had problems breathing, eating, and swallowing anything. They are going to bring the PET scan in on Tuesday and do a full body scan to see if it has spread anywhere else. Then they will start radiation again. He said he will not do chemotherapy.
Please keep him in your prayers. I'll update you more when I know more.
Thanks so much!
Love you all!

Update on Us...
So that is awesome! I go back in 2 weeks to make sure everything is going good.
The Chiro said he really believed those piercings in my ear helped a lot last week.
I'm still having problems with concentration and forgetfulness. I go see a Neurologist on Feb 3rd about it.
Update on Bill..
Bill had an appt with an Orthopedic Surgeon thursday about his left shoulder. He said the only thing that he recommends is surgery. It's the only thing that will fix it.He goes for an another MRI where they will inject dye this time on Feb.3rd then he has another appt with the Orthopedic Surgeon on Feb 4th and they will schedule the surgery that day. They are doing the MRI with dye so the Dr has a better idea of what is really going on and that way he knows what to expect when he does the surgery.
We looked at surgery dates yesterday and it will probably be on March 12th.
The dr. said he will have to be off at least 2 months if not longer after the surgery. So I am going to have to find a job that way we can pay our bills until he gets to go back to work.
We are going to move to a different place here. This apartment is too loud! The people in the upstairs apartments are young and have friends over all hours day and night and they slam doors and stomp around. The floor/ceiling is very thin and we can hear everything that is said up there.
We pay the most rent in the building and our lease is up on March 1st and the landlord said he plans to raise our rent. It's not worth it. We have been here since March 2008 and I have not slept good once because of the noise level. The landlord takes advantage of us and charges usmore rent because he knows Bill has a good paying job.
The gas bill is killing us too. We just got our electric/gas bill yesterday and it was 240.00!! Only 30.00 of that was electric the rest was gas.We only keep our heat on 65 and we have been using a oil space heater. It never gets warm unless we use the space heater.
Bill has a Neurologist appt next thursday for a follow up on his C7 fracture and neck pain.
Please keep us in your prayers.

2. I LOVE to read!! My favorite is Chick Lit. I also love Bookstores and Libraries. My husband says i'm like a little kid in a candy shop when I go into a Bookstore or Big Library. I have big eyes and am so excited. lol
3. I absolutely LOVE the color Pink!! If it comes in pink i'll take it. lol
4. I am VERY afraid of a lot of things such as (snakes, mice, rats, spiders, cockroaches, all bugs.) I'm also very afraid of the dark and being alone at night. That's because I was scared a lot as a child and teenager. Also someone tried to break into the places I was at 2 times in a year.
5. I'm a huge animal lover especially cats and dogs. I treat my animals as children. I love being around animals and prefer to be around animals over people. lol Even when I go to someone's home, I always go right to their pets. Cats and dogs make me happy, and I just love them. :)

My Chiropractor appt today...
I got 3 piercing from the chiropractor today. They are little metal rods that have a positive charge and it will pull the negative charge out of the nerve points. That will help with my headaches, neck pain and back pain.
They will fall out on their own when they pull out all the negative energy. Anywhere from 1 to 9 days.

Bill’s MRI results...
It seems like if it's not one thing it's another. It's not fair that we have to go through all of this pain just because some idiot wasn't paying attention. I know everything happens for a reason so there is a reason this happened and there is a reason we are going through all of this.
If he has to have surgery we aren't sure what we are going to do since he is the only one working. He will have to be off while he is recovering. Since it is not a work related injury he cannot get disability.
My best friends husband had to have surgery for a tore rotator cuff and he was off work for 8 weeks.
I'm not going to stress about anything yet until he sees the Orthopedic Surgeon and we'll go from there.
I have faith in God and know we'll be just fine.
I'm in a lot of pain today. I can't get rid of this headache. I have had it for several days now. Hopefully I get to see the Chiropractor this week for that and because my back is killing me!
I am also going to schedule another follow up with the family dr. (who I seen after the wreck and who Bill seen last Monday). I think I have Traumatic brain injury (TBI). I'm still having problems with concentration, loss of hearing and vision. I also have cognitive fatigue.
Please keep us in your prayers. I'll post more soon.
xoxo
